Sources Overview

In the Sources section, you have the ability to manage the origins of your data.

This feature provides you with full control and transparency over where your data is coming from, allowing you to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information being used to create your insights.

Whether it's data from, raw data, a specific website, or any other source, you have the ability to monitor and manage all incoming data streams in one centralized location.

This gives you the peace of mind of knowing exactly where your data is coming from and helps you make more informed decisions based on accurate and trustworthy information.

Sources overview

You can view data from two categories:

  • Raw Data refers to the data sources that are imported from external sources such as Google Sheets, XLS/CSV files, and other similar file formats. This data provides a more complete view of your business information and can be used to create more robust and insightful reports.
  • Tracker, on the other hand, refers to the data that is collected from your website or other online properties. This data provides information about customer interactions and behavior, such as clicks, page views, and more. By viewing Tracker data, you can gain a deeper understanding of how customers are interacting with your business and make informed decisions based on this information.

By having access to both Raw Data and Tracker data, you can have a comprehensive view of the information that is being collected and used to create your insights, helping you make more informed and accurate decisions.

  • Raw Data - Google Sheets: This option allows you to connect to a Google Sheets spreadsheet and import data directly into your account. This is a convenient option if you have a lot of data stored in Google Sheets and want to easily access it within your insights platform.
  • Raw Data - XLS / CSV (coming soon): This option will allow you to import data from XLS or CSV files into your account. This feature is currently under development, but will be added soon.
  • Tracker: This option allows you to connect to a website or online property and track customer interactions and behavior. By connecting to a Tracker, you can collect valuable information about how customers are engaging with your business and use this information to create more informed insights.
