In Read/See Customer Data Platform, you can create various channels to engage with your audience through destinations.
Currently, one of the available categories in the platform is Email Marketing. With the help of this feature, you can easily connect and communicate with your customers through email marketing campaign.
Before using the Email Marketing feature, setting up your email sender and domain is important. This is a crucial step in ensuring the smooth functioning of email marketing campaigns. After completing the setup, you are all set to start engaging with your audience through emails.
You can use the Email Marketing feature to activate your segments. To do this, click on the "Activate" button.
Then, choose a template or start from scratch.
Set up your email subject, preheader, and sender.
Activate either one time or continuously.
- One-time: This option lets you activate an email campaign only once, at a specific time and date.
- Continuous: This option lets you set the campaign to run continuously. With this option, your target audience will receive emails based on their behavior and defined rules.
Continue by selecting the segment that you want to target.
After selecting the segment, you can continue to compose the emails by click Next button.
Once you finish the compose email process and want to preview it before doing send the emails, click Preview & Test button and you can send it immediately or you can schedule it.
